The Breakdown: Om
Om is an herbal tincture for stress relief. As if Chamomile, Tulsi (Holy Basil), and Lemon Balm weren’t enough of a trifecta to calm your nerves, we’ve added CBD hemp flower just to seal the deal.
CBD (Cannabidiol), in recent history, has been a hot topic in both medical and wellness spheres; its powers lauded for a myriad purposes. CBD is one of the cannabinoid compounds in cannabis that doesn't produce a "high" like THC. CBD, like all plants, affects people differently. However, it is a potent herb and whether or not you're fully conscious of its effects, CBD has long-term value in supporting homeostasis (balance) in the body. CBD is to be administered regularly and incorporated into your routine in order to reap its full benefits. In numerous clinical studies, CBD has been proven to calm the central nervous system and promote better sleep and relieve feelings of anxiety.
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) has been shown to reduce systems of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), a chronic, recurrent form of anxiety disorders. Per the NCBI, "[GAD] is characterized by excessive worry about daily matters, and the presence of restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, and sleep problems." Chamomile is effective in promoting relaxation and helps with depression and insomnia over prolonged periods of use.
Lemon balm is a member of the mint family and has been long used to improve mood and cognitive performance. It has calming effects on the central nervous system which reduces anxiety and is often combined with other herbs like chamomile, valerian and hops as their synergy increases calming effects.
Tulsi (holy basil) is said to have originated in India and is one of the most revered herbs in Ayurveda for both its spiritual and medicinal properties. Tulsi is shown in studies to be effective in treating a range of mental and physiological stresses and is a powerful tonic in preventing the onset of stress-related disorders.

DIRECTIONS
Shake vigorously to loosen any sediments that may have settled. Start with 1-2 dropperfuls distributed under the tongue and repeat 3 times a day. Herbs need time to acquaint themselves with your body so we suggest daily use as a preventative method against colds and flus.
If you’re pregnant or nursing, add tincture to hot tea or water so the alcohol evaporates.
