Speak Your Truth is an herbal tincture for respiratory support and sore throats. Elecampane, Mullein and Marshmallow Root have long been used in Western Herbalism for an array of lung issues. Whether you have a sore throat or are looking to nourish your lungs, this formulation was designed to treat coughs, loosen up phlegm, and ease inflammation in the lungs while honey coats your throat on the way down.

FLAVOR PROFILE
Bittersweet and uplifting. Lingers like perfume!

DIRECTIONS
Shake vigorously to loosen any sediments that may have collected. Start with 1-2 dropperfuls distributed under the tongue and repeat 3 times a day. Herbs need time to acquaint themselves with your body so we suggest daily use as a preventative method against colds and flus.

If you’re pregnant or nursing, add tincture to hot tea or water so the alcohol evaporates.

HERBALIST'S NOTES
The combination of herbs in this formula creates a barrier against bacterium and viruses trying to attack your lungs. I suffered from tuberculosis as a child which makes me more susceptible to respiratory tract issues so this formula is especially important in my routine to protect my lungs from potential infections.

INGREDIENTS
Elecampane (*, +), mullein (*, +), marshmallow root (*, +), local New York honey (*), brandy
